If so, your nose is just dry and cracked. Just rub Vaseline inside your nose whenever it feels dry. After you shower, before you go out, before you go to bed, apply it.

Dont worry about it. I get them daily at times for weeks on end, it just high blood pressure from stress or something. Sometimes the blood comes out of my eyes and it looks cool as fuck

Yeah, when I was 12-17. Went to a doctor who put some stuff on the walls inside my nose and it stopped for three years. Was gone completely almost the day I turned 18.

I used to get nosebleeds like at least every 2 months and they'd recur for a couple days, Haven't had once since I started lifting 5 months ago and improved diet. Been sick for the past few days, had to blow nose a lot and got nosebleeds again. Just spat this bad boy out

Alcohol will make it worse. Taking things like aspirin and ibuprofen will make it worse. If you don't bleed easily from other places, like when you get a cut, give blood, get scraped up, etc. it's not very likely to be a clotting disorder.

Vitamin K supplements aren't going to do anything unless you have a vitamin K deficiency, have an inflammatory bowel disease, or are taking prescription blood thinners (all of which you shouldn't be taking K on your own anyway). K deficiency is really rare.

See a doctor, get it checked out, he'll cauterize it for you if there aren't any red flags.

Was it the same nostril? Occasionally you'll have to have it redone just because it's a procedure with human error and it's possible to miss a few vessels. Especially if you're younger when you have it done and then your body changes a lot.

I should have said in theory it should work the first time, but yeah no big deal if you have to redo it a few times.

I get them in both now and yeah that makes sense, thanks man. If it returns when I'm not sick and my diet is back on schedule then I'll look into cauterisation again
