why does a limb shake when it's lifting (I'm a begginer)?
Because it's attached to a DYEL

yeah, but what's the reason (biologically)?
>>38998850
Weak stabilizer muscles

I was told in a specialist PE class in high school that it was your body trying to figure out which muscles it needs to use. It quickly switches between muscles which makes you shake.
Once you get used to the exercise this won't happen. Happened to me when I started lifting too.
>tfw benching 65 lbs during your first time in the gym
>tfw arms shaky as fuck
>tfw barely got to half ROM before pressing back up
>tfw struggled to get 4 reps

Although that is pretty embarrasing, dont stop lifting. Remember why you started

That specialist PE is a FUCKING RETARD

I was told the exact same thing by a nutritionist and physical therapist. It happens when the body is unused to a type of exercise and the muscles aren't fully aware on how to contract.

I'm open to proof that this is incorrect, not just blind accusations

It means you're turning the muscle on
