Hey /fit/, does anyone here do a PPL routine? What ones are good
youre gonna get nothing bro ppl is like saying ''please ignore this post, thank you very much"

Routine doesn't really matter, as long as you're working each muscle once or twice a week its fine. It's 70% diet. You won't gain without food.

How come?
coolcicada
but you should start with SL/SS if you're just now starting to lift
>>38997039
>It's 70% diet.
kek no
I did PPL for a while. Main thing I noticed was it hits back way harder than most routines.
Long story short I have rocking lats and shitty pecs, would not recommend.
>>38997316
yeah if anything it's at least 80% diet
>>38997349
what ppl did you do though
If the PPL routine doesn't have isolations you're wasting your time.
>he only does compounds
>>38997393
push pull legs
>>38997357
replace diet with genetics and you might be right
>>38997039
This advice holds for noob gains \ noob cuts. You shouldn't be running 6 days a week as a noob, so it's useless here.
>>38997349
PPL doesn't hit back harder.
It all depends on how many hard sets you do.
If you got shit pecs, you didn't do enough pec work...

Probably like 40% genetics, 40% diet, 15% lifting and 5% programming.

Switching from SL i noticed my chest/tri gets mauled but my pull day doesn't give so much. What was your pull routine?
>>38997449
7% roids
>>38997449
Spot the lardass
>>38997449
you're really overestimating diet.
genetics determines a huge part.
good genetics? eat whatever you want, lift heavy each week but do whatever you want, get huge and strong.
shit genetics? do everything right, and still get shit results.
>>38997517
That's why you go on roids fags. genetics gets BTFO'd.

I'm starting the PPL that's on reddit. Someone suggested it to me here , it seems alright.
>>38997485
What did he mean by this?
>>38997517
I've been lifting 4 years, personal trainer (yes it's a meme) for 2 years. In my experiences diet is the most understated thing in lifting.
>>38996733
Why does everyone want to do PPL now? It's a retarded routine.
