This happens to me occasionally to when I go really hard on dead lifts. If it's really bad take something with naproxin in it like Aleeve. It'll make it go away almost immediately.

If I bent it hurts, if I walk it's okay.
I have the same but it keeps re-occuring after deadlifting (even if I go a week or 2 without them)
