Jesus, this shit is killing me right now, but it hurts only in some positions, I don't even know if I snap'd my shit or if it was while sleeping in a wrong position.

I'll already skip squats today, should I skip deadlifts and do some meme machine back exercises?

Otherwise I'll do just bench press and ohp.

This happens to me occasionally to when I go really hard on dead lifts. If it's really bad take something with naproxin in it like Aleeve. It'll make it go away almost immediately.

It doesn't hurt while sit and while lying. But when I'm going to lie down, it hurts, just during the change.

If I bent it hurts, if I walk it's okay.
