Is lack of doms not normal? I work out 7 days a week but the doms I get are only noticeable if I flex the muscle and even then it's very light and only lasts about a day.

the more you work out the less doms you'll get ... if you're hitting everything multiple times a week you should get little to none

how long have you been lifting? it's perfectly normal that as you get more experienced and your body becomes used to it that your doms start being less noticable but if you truly never feel any then you probably aren't lifting enough weight. doms to the point where you can't function like a regular human is a newbie thing but a proper workout should leave you feeling a little doms if not always at least often.

if your joints don't hurt then hit that shit. if you are so fatigued you can't complete sets, don't go as hard.
Work a different muscle area. If they somehow all have DOMS then just rest a couple days, it doesn't last long
