OP what is your workout.... complete workout for the week. What are your reps and sets? Whats your caloric intake?
If your only chest exercise is Bench Press you are doing it wrong.
> Switch it up, do less weight for higher reps, or more weight for low reps.
> Make sure to hit your upper body twice a week.
> Change your grip
> Plant your feet
> Do Pull ups, Lat pulldowns, T-bar rows, cable rows, etc. You need a big back, everything works in conjunction together.
