Knowing what you know now, would you have started working out when you were younger?
I wish I could have started when I was 13.
probably not because I didn't have social problems when I was younger

Was too busy fapping and playing vidyas.
I'd have started when I was 5 doing pushups and pullups at home
I'd move up to weights at around 14 or so
Obviously starting younger would be good. Less obvious, this would be my beginner routine
>A
3x5 bench
3x5 squat
3x8 DB bench
3x8 DB row
>B
3x5 OHP
3-4 sets of pullups (aiming for ~20 total)
1x5 deadlift
Whatever arm shit I felt like doing that day
I would have stopped cutting after a couple months and bulked up. I wasted a lot of time cutting.
not working out specifically, I just wish I hadn't wasted my teen years playing video games all day.

Who is this? Is he legal? I need to know.
I would start at 13 on either the Texas Method or an Upper/Lower split. More importantly, I would eat a lot more. I used to think I was eating a lot. After seeing what the big boys eat every day, I would almost double my caloric intake if I could go back.

i was too busy with all the girls all over me
Probably wouldn't have changed the fact I ate like shit.
Fug how old is this kid?
I actually wanted to start lifting at 16 but my dad refused to pay for it (desu, gyms in our town were like $100/month back then) so instead I just spent those years fapping and sleeping
