It's garbage. In it everyone is a winner as long as you pay to participate. You can walk the whole race and still get a medal. You'll be competing with office workers who sit on their ass all day and type on keyboard. It's fucking stupid and pointless and a good way to lose money. Just go to a powerlifting competition where there are actual winners and losers.

The only people it's hard for is office jockeys who do nothing but running. If you can do 5 pullups it's a joke

It's pure running and calisthenics based. Fun to do with friends, but really it just caters to the jogger/army-basic-washout culture. Don't do it if you have no cardio
