Scooby is my favorite because at 55 he still looks amazing, is natural, and actually focuses on health. He focuses on home workouts and has been lifting since the dawn of time.

Many (including myself) consider a delt:arm ratio the second most important ratio for aesthetics. The only more important ratio being shoulder:waist ratio.

Here is your four-step plan to success
-pin 250-300mg testosterone per week
-stop isolating arms (they will get trained from chin ups, pull ups, rows, bench, and ohp)
-focus on bringing your ohp up as high as possible (both standing and seated, barbell and dumbbell)
-isolate the delts frequently
Delts are a smaller muscle, this means two things:
1.they can handle/only require less training volume than larger muscles
2.they can be trained with a higher frequency than larger muscles (less training volume handled = less recovery required) something like 4x a week in intermediate lifters, and even more frequently if novice
