I've been training for five years almost every day except when I was injured twice in my left deltoid.

I do this;
Monday: upper body
Tuesday: lower body
And so on for everyday

No days off for this rowdyshat

When do I get juaqued??

I eat only good man rice chicken without souace and vegtables.

I am gaining weight but not muscel that is problem also very sour in deltoid muscel almost ever day! Make it harder to complete upper body workout

If you meaning lifting stats i am not so strong this is personal bests

Bench 120 kg 260 lbs
Squat 150 kg 330 lbs
Deadlift 180 kg 400 lbs

Not advances for long time becaus of deltoid muscel hurt very much

Also i am trying to get nice chest muscel like pic related but i cannot get it why?? I see good chest is very round and pumped but i can not get it maybe becuas of deltoid soureness ?
