Honestly my favorite is just cable downward extensions. I take off whatever handle is on the cable and bring it to the top height. I start at 90 degrees though, so that's not full rom. I do some skullcrushers or close grip bench as well, but for true isolation I like the cable best. And don't understand bands. Wrapping one around some kind of horizontal overhead bar and doing pull downs with that can be really good for tendon health (so I'm told) because the movement gets tough the more you extend.

Sorry OP, everyone who answered your post is obviously a DYEL faggot because doing two or three different exercises (or body weight workouts lmao) aren't going to have decent arms
Here's what I do in terms of what I find most effective for MY body
1) Tricep Cable Pulldowns
2) Weighted Dips
3) Dumbbell Tricep Extensions (either one handed or two handed)
4) Skullcrushers (the faggot who said they're bad for tendons probably just has weak arms and got sore)
5) Close-grip Bench Press
And I'll usually always finish out my arm day w the isolation machines, the tricep one can really put a good burn/pump on at the end of arm day.
