Seriously though, mostly stupid and wrong like most Americans.

It is absolutely astonishing to me how few Americans actually teach the squat correctly. Chad Smith and Max Aita being some of the few.

I really found his videos useful, especially the squat one. Definitely a natty king.

I heard there's warrants out on him in 17 states for public urination.

i dont understand the hate /fit/ has for him, of all youtubers. i've only really watched a few videos of his which were all movement oriented; if he has useless/meme videos, then i dont know

he may not be super detailed as someone like rippetoe or chad smith, but his videos do a good job at explaining what needs to be done. i know when i was starting out his videos did a better job at explaining what goes into the squat than rippetoe. and once i i felt fairly comfortable with the squat, i went back to youtube and watched some rippetoe and chad smith videos and picked up some refineries that i hadnt when i first watched them. idk, his vids worked for me; its not like his videos are lies, missing anything critical, doesnt know what hes doing so i dont understand why anyone would say he's a poor educator
