Roidcalc might work. Just use the halflife of dnp instead of steroids. I use it for lots of things.

I had an xlx file for everything but.. No idea where I saved it.

Note, 250 would lead to +- 25% increase in bmr after around 5 days. I think it's 4 days before it's pretty much at it's peak.

I'll dose 1g day 1. 1g day 2. 1g day 3 and then adjust where needed 600-800 for 3 weeks.

I was Seriously injured 2 years ago. Jumped back into lifting 6 weeks back but overbulked.

And even then i'm not as heavy as this girl and i'm 6'1. Goal is 155-160 by the end of the month.

Get skinny first, then get stronger. Don't start getting fit while you're still fat. That's hard enough for men already, nearly impossible for women.

Skinnyfat means fat with no muscle, that's what you'll be at 130. Get to 100-105 and you'll be skinny, go from there.

And for women, 1lbs a month of weight gain is too fast if you want to stay lean.

Unless you run 1g of dnp your bmr won't be high enough to drop 1lbs a day. And 1g of dnp would kill you.

It's basic math really. You probably have around 90lbs of lbm. So you've got over 50% fat. Use that to calculate your TDEE and even with lifting you won't break 2000kcal.

600mg of dnp, and even that's pushing it for women, wil make your deficit +- 2500. Besr case scenario.

And that's a whooping 4lbs/week. Best case, on dangerous amounts of drugs while im overestimating your TDEE and willpower.

I've been doing this for a long time. Adjust your expectations or you'll give up.

And get mk677 and start running 20mg every day. It will help with loose skin.

It also depends on timing meals and scheduling everything around your workouts.

it's a bunch of liquid calories. if you're trying to lose weight, that's the last thing you want to consume.
it's the same reason why soda is so bad - drinking your calories lets you consume lots of them without filling you up at all - you will still get hungry, but have less calories left for the day to satisfy that hunger. this will leave you miserable and unhappy.

At 5'4 with little muscle her bmr is likely under 2000 even when she's fairly active. Her 900kcal diet is probably just a 5-600kcal deficit.

Unless she literally starves herself even losing 2lbs consistently is not going to happen.

Things are different when you're tiny and things are different when you're morbidly obese. She's both.

I'm also dieting no drugs and let me tell you over the past few months of intermittent fasting and significant calorie restriction, the most you can hope for is 1- 1.5 lb of weight loss a week, and I'm at 30% bf. You have to be realistic about your goals. Read the sticky. Do a diet you can actually follow. Eat a moderate amount of protein. And lift heavy. You're gonna make it brahh

Food is fuel. Your fat will take it's place. You actually don't need any calories at all, no food. Nothing. You've got plenty of reserves.

You only need Vitamins, minerals and certain amino acids. Possibly a few grams of fat. But you could survive on 100 kcal a day for months.

You don't need anything. But you don't need to lose weight either.
