I'm getting fat again

>was 25%
>cut to 15%
>had decent abs at 15%
>got complacent
>now back at 20%
>no motivation to cut again

this is after 4+ years of lifting

i honestly remember being new to lifting thinking that id just magically maintain 10%bf after a few years of lifting, turns out thats not how it works lel

Was 175 lbs at 5'9" three years ago, fattest I've ever been. Doctor told me at my yearly physical that my weight wasn't terrible but was very borderline overweight. Dropped down to 155 over the next five months, then bounced between 155 and 165 for my last two years of college. Since the beginning of summer up until now, when I'm sitting at home trying to get a job, I've been gaining weight. Been exercising just as much as ever, but started eating that late night super sandwich plus big glass of milk I always used to have but cut out when I was losing weight. Went in for my yearly physical today, scale put me at 185 lbs. Why must I crave my late night 600 cal pbj plus 300 cal glass of milk so bad, it's literally the only thing that keeps/makes me so fat.
