I agree. Looks like TRT test + low dose mast/winny. His delts aren't popping, nethier are traps, but they are more yoked than a natty imo and his dryness is more like someone on, though he isn't taking a lot.

I can get the same look by cutting first and then dropping my test (125-200mg), using less tren (50-100mg EW tren E), and just adding AI and maybe 100-200mg mast and drinking some coffee and a bit of vodka before a photoshoot, manipulate water the week leading to the photoshoot.
Then hey presto, dry. I'd be bigger though, but I run more gear, he clearly doesn't run that much. He has a nice amount of size, something I'd aspire to have if I wasn't a powerlifter.

these can all help to make it look like he's not natty

1) PERFECT lighting
2) Taking 50 photos and choosing 1 worthy of social media.
3) Instagram filters...LOTS of Instagram filters lol
4) I only take photos when I have a pump and many of those were legit like 1-2 weeks out from a competition. I was only able to hold that condition for about 3-4 weeks, then I went insane from the 2000 calorie diet and had to get back into a caloric maintenance/surplus.

-->I've been training since I was 14, although I didn't start taking it seriously (counting macros, squatting, deadlifting) till I was 18 and I'm 25 now. So about 11 years of training, last ~7 of them being serious.

Prohormones are pretty much steroids. They are molecules which break down into steroids once ingested so for all intents and purposes they are the same thing.

Test boosters are 99% bullshit. Some have been proven to help raise your testosterone if you have issues with low testosterone, but if you're at normal levels they will do nothing for increasing testosterone to a point where you see any tangible/visual improvements.

I heard DNP can really fuck you up and as for Clen, I don't know if I really need it because from what I understand it helps you lose body fat which I can and have done naturally, although it's hard as fuck and for a few weeks near the end I feel like I'm going insane lol. Maybe it would make it easier, but I would never want to take gear to do something I can already achieve naturally, just with extra time/effort.

Roids are cool because they take you beyond what you could ever do naturally, but again that path is a no for me at least at this point in my life.

It varies. Start at like a 400 calorie deficit and progressively increase as I hit fat loss plateaus. I cut anywhere from 4-6 months depending on how fat I get in the off season. Macros vary but by the end of my last cut I was down to something like

Pretty good physique for a guy lifting for barely over a year. Chest is coming in well. Keep blasting your lateral deltoids as they seem to be lagging behind just a bit.

Just focus on lots of compound exercises with decent training frequency (hit each muscle group every 3-5 days), and have patience. Make sure to eat in a surplus but don't go overboard and dirty bulk like I did when I was younger (FML)

Pretty sure I said multiple times in the video that although it exists, it's hardly ever used because you'd need to eat like 500g+ protein to activate it.

Protein can however me used as an alternative energy source during times of caloric deficit which means it's possible to STOP losing fat due to a higher protein intake. So it won't turn into fat, but it can technically slow down fat loss curing a cut. But this rarely happens because usually people eat enough protein to maintain muscle mass but not more since it's useless, expensive, and not tasty.

Not VP but i will try to help anyway.
Don't be scared to gain a bit of weight: if you really are on 1700 calories/day and not loosing weight it means your metabolism is on the fucking ground. You should jump to maintenance for 2-3 (more like 3 seeing how long you have been dieting) weeks to feel good again, have a mental rest from the deficit, get your lifts up, and generally feel better overall.

But if you are still "meh i don't want to get fatter :(" think that:
1) If you jump to maintenance CORRECTLY, you won't gain any fat, that is literally the meaning of maintenance
2) By getting on maintenance, your glycogen will replenish and you will look buffer, bigger and fuller (don't expect to look fucking Arnold but yes better, Vitruvian talks about it in a recent video of his after the last Competition, where he says that 2-3 weeks after the competition he looks better in his opinion than during it)
3) If you STILL are doubting: jump to 2100 calories/day, with 1g protein/lb bodyweight, 25 - 30% of calories from fat and the rest carbs. This should still not be maintenance for you, but you will feel much better and not gain fat

Also, if you do go to maintenance be careful, your body will switch to "OMG i'm back to eating normally thank god" mode and you will tend to overeat easily, make sure you are still tracking everything correctly and you will be fine.
