I think he's just saying that because he has a 26 FFMI and is clearly not natty.
>>38957468
i know its you alex
>>38957489
OP here and I'm not Alex. I know he's autistic but I don't think he's ever been on /fit/ in his life
>>38957511
funny because i remember him posting in the powerlifting thread how you shouldnt lift maximum weight and rest more than 30 sec between sets and they tore him to shreds
>>38957468
The FFMI does account for bone structure. The maximum genetic potential for someone with favorable genetics is 25, others might never even be able to achieve that. And it's only accurate if you're around 10% bf. If you're above it, the FFMI gets skewed and you get way higher number. This one dude who's been eating like shit for 3 years and training on and off whenever he felt like it never going on a good routine measured his bodyfat and it came out with like 28%. We calculated his FFMI and that came out around 23.5. I highly doubt that faggot is this big. He just looks fat and barely lifts more than me after a year of training.

Not giving you a view you dirty manlet. Go get a job
>>38957468
is this guy dumb ? he talks like FFMI 25 is achievable and guaranteed for everyone. I think he doesnt know what an upper limit is.
>>38957553
>shouldn't rest more than 30 sec between sets
WEW LAD
>>38957468
what is FFMI
>>38957468
He is so incredibly autistic.
>>38959880
fat free mass index
>25 is consindered not possible without gear
though i wouldn't treat it as gospel
>>38957468
FFMI is outdated and garbage. It is not an accurate measure of natty-ness.
It was accurate 60 yrs ago.
Ps. Alpha Manlet is a faggot

Those zooms are killing me.

in 60 years steroids have become more and more available but i'm sure that has nothing to do with it
but hey, maybe people just evolved and random guys in the gym have better genetics to build muscle than elite level athletes do according to actual scientists,
