not a single bite of anything i havent preplanned. im eating tuna, chicken, vegetables, fruits, tea, boiled rice on occasion, no bread, refined sugar, cakes, biscuits, fried food/ general crap. (not all at once!, i mean in general)

Have you calculated what your every day needs are and your everyday rate is?
You don't try to eat back calories lost in execrise do you, if your using an app they overestimate so if it says you burned 800 you should only ever eat back a quarter of that amount
