I did this for 1.5 years lost fat but still am skinnyfat even after bulk. I look like shit and the people in my gym probably dont research or give a fuck like I do and still look better. Might aswell eat at maintenence and lift.

started ss a month and a half ago (5'11 skinny-fat ectomorph, king of manlets) and have gained 5kg... drinking 4 pints of whole milk a day, (1400kcals out of my 3000) and taking in 1g of protein per lb bodyweight, not eating shitty foods (bar the fatty milk). Lifts have gone up, but not as well as I want them to (inner right hip muscle has sharp pain when I squat), face getting a bit fatter and only noticed today and makes me feel like giving in (i'm not gonna)...

Do you guys just hate your bodies when you bulk too??
