They're good
Those door things will fuck up any crown molding you have though
>>
not necessary, but then again neither is working out. great for building overall strength/mobility.

Pullups and muscle-ups are GOAT-tier. I usually do them after a good run by the beach, there is a park with bars and shit. Some dyel street-training kids usually go there. Then again, better than staying at home playing video games, so good on them.

This, pull ups are GOAT. The arm elvolved as a result of bodyweight calisthenics in trees.

Noob lifter here. Please don't make fun, but I seriously struggle with doing more than one pull up. Should I keep trying on a regular pull up bar or should I increase my strength and endurance on a pull up machine?

I disagree. Have had one for years at two different places, both made of wood molding.

Pullups are good. Everything else is kind of a waste of time.

Do pull ups with a natural feeling grip, a little farther apart than shoulder width but not wide grip. Only grab the bar with your fingers in a hook like fashion and not your thumb, I've found this active the biceps more.

Can you do neutral grip pullups, or chinups? If not, then yes, do lat pulldowns and focus on your lats when you pull down.
