What do you guys think about this stuff? Anyone try it or use it?
I read a few of the "challenges" where people take nothing but soylent for like a month and it seems like the worst that happens is the dive with their mood and weight at the beginning but that's soon shown to be just because of the dramatic change. And some of the expected fiber farts.
Then after a while they get extreme productivity and high energy.
The price seems a bit stiff but i think that might just be because Im used to buying and eating way more food than i actually need.
I'm not one of those emotional robot guys but I honestly don't really think the mild pleasure i get from food is something worth preserving. If I'm going out with people I'm not gonna bring a bottle of the stuff like some kinda fucking nerd but I can see it as being a fine replacement for all other meals.
How about it?
Stop shilling

It's a meme, it's worse for you than real food in every way, it's costly, and no body does well on a liquid diet. It also tastes like shit.

dont be special anon:
Having a single refined 'supplement' to aid in your nutritional values is fine.
Thinking that a product made from a combination of unnecessarily refined ingredients and calling is a complete meal is daft and far from supplemental.
