I had actually gone on the European hipster version of Soylent for a while. Your shits end up being fine, thing has a lot of fibre. Problem is the blood sugar and then insulin spike you get from a liquid diet.

Nutrionally, the Soylent is sound. In practice, drinking all your calories WILL destroy your body until it adapts. I guess you could do a mix of solid and liquid Soylent and you might be okay. If cost was irrelevant and you hated regular food, why not?

Only real "dangerous" ingredient is sucralose.
