I've been doing this for the past week because I'm on a cut (200 lb/6'3"/18%bf) but have a very hard time feeling full. Is doing this amount with 2 gal water/day going to fuck my shit up?
I also get 170g protein/day with 1400cal/day if that matters.
How the fuck will you get 150g fiber and 170g protein on just 1.4k calories?

I get 50~65%% of my protein from powder (depends if I want to swap out an animal product for an extra scoop), 25% from animal products, and 25% from veggies. All this adds up to 170g (most days) while being under 1400cal.
I've been seeing strength gains on this kind of spread when not cutting, so I assume it would be good for stabilization of muscle during a cut?
