Im sitting at about 89kg bodyweight atm, around 14-15% bf
Now i got uni studies and work scheduled for the coming three months which means its time to stop worrying about trying to get laid and focus on what i can fix
So i ask you, do you think its feasable to bulk up to 92kg bodyweight in these three months?
Plan is to start my cut after that
What do i need to consider?
