I used to carry 3pl8s on those when I did carries consistently. Ez bar works great for carries if you don't have a trap bar

Yeah it's 45 for average plate. Then they have smaller ones I just added.
And yes, I'm a dyel starting off. Guess I might need to upgrade where I lift in the future.

Yes but you'll feel slghtly off if you have to switch to a normal bar due to balance and grip. I would make sure to do extra grip work, because that tiny bar isnt going to train your grip strength the same

Instead of using an EZ bar with 1 pl8 and a few small ones why not just use a normal bar + 1 pl8? Are you just afraid of the longer bar or something? Unless you literally can't pull 1 pl8 with the normal bar then I guess it's excusable
