The sad reality is that this is not as simple as people make it seem like.
A person who has a body like the dude on the right, even if he will lose all of the weight he will still have too much loose skin to be able to look like the dude on the right.
Conclusion: Stop your bad habits before it's too late. If you've gotten too far with the extra weight lose it in a well controlled manner in order to minimize the long term damage. Also, save up for a surgery if possible.
