Not him, but I also get about 200g with just food and my stools are solid. The protein sources are whole eggs, milk, oatz, breast chicken, lean meat, beans, brown rice and turkey sausages. Every meal has between 25 and 35 grams of protein in them, and I fill every one of them with some sort of vegetable/fruit. You get enough fiber from the rice and the veggies and since you're not eating prepackaged stuff (well, you shouldn't) your shit should be good

Also water
The only thing that made me feel bloated and made my stool loose was GOMAD. I only take a cup of milk a day now.
