No. there's literally no point. If you do it without them asking you'll come off as annoying and autistic. If they do ask then I'll give some tips but realistically we all know they won't stick to it

This. People need to get the motivation to get fit by themselves.

I stopped helping people who don't ask for help a long time ago.
If they do ask I always spoonfeed a little at a time and let them come back if they're still interested.

Unless they specifically ask for advice, and even then I don't try to Not comment on anything I'm not 100% about.

I don't want to assume responsibility for anything they do. If they do SS and it turns out fhat an alternative routine is superior and they tear their cruciate ligaments I don't want to be responsible
