You also need to give it some time, you won't notice changes immediately.
You're supposed to notice changes on your body after 4+ weeks, so don't be disappointed if you don't immediately.

Just don't go crazy with your calories aka dirty bulking.

My left delt and tricep has completely different muscle insertions than my right. It has a different level of flexibility too. My left lat is also smaller.

My left arm is actually stronger than my right now because I've been trying to work out the imbalance, but I'm just not going to be symmetrical ever I don't think.

Other people might not notice or care but I feel like I'm constantly trying to fix a crooked painting.

You see how my pelvic bone is well defined only on one side? That's very noticeable in real life at all time just like that too. My core is actually going in a slant towards that.

Lifting upper kept reinjuring me (acute labral tear in my left hip socket). Any movement of that hip area resulted in pain. Even just something like a bent over row or the stabilizing during OHP would cause irritation. Yeah I could have continued with just bench and isolation moves, but I chose to enjoy my summer without lifting.

3 months into cut on Strong Lifts. 185 to 165. I got a chest imbalance from my labor job and have adjusted my technique so it doesn't get any worse.

At this point I do a lot of squats(3x/week), just hit 2 pl8 front Atg squat a few days ago, I started squatting in around June(as I didn't have a rack before that I could only do like 60kg once in a while, cleaning the weight)
I do full body workouts, But I focus on either legs or back or shoulder belt. I try to get one compound movement up until I plateau and then move onto another

Try 25-30%. You're soft as fuck. If you got down to 20% body fat, just based on your build, you'd easily by 175 or so. Another 10% and you'd float around 165.
