I've been eating the same thing every day for the last 4 years. My wife's been eating the same thing with me for the last 3 years.

Every time we try to mix things up for variety, it's basicly shit and we're glad that we can go back to the same thing we eat every day.

We vary between salmon steaks, chicken, pure vegetables + nuts + lentils +eggs etc but never the same two days in a row. You could have stews, curies, poached fish, steamed vegetables etc. etc. Variety is the spice of life.

Same here bro, I've been eating pretty much the same thing every day for years. Sometimes I'll have salmon instead of chicken breast for dinner or a steak if it's on sale and I'll rotate between a couple different vegetables, but it's the same basic idea. My gf can't handle it though, she can't eat the same thing two days in a row even.
