Shitloads of curls.
If you do them right your forearms and biceps will grow, and nobody will look at your wrists.
Wear a big watch on one of them and be amazed at how no one gives a shit.

I've struggled with this for a while OP, but this past summer I worked for a landscaping company and ended up laying a lot of stone patios. Since that, I've noticed that my wrists are considerably thicker, or at least much more filled out. I'm certain it was hammering stones into place all day that did it, especially since my right wrist is thicker than my left (right handed).
Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do for hypertrophy there, since it's mostly tendons. You can thicken up those tendons, but it means putting a lot of stress or your wrists, and in many directions if you really want to fill them out. Do some manual labor, take up fencing or rock climbing, really anything that really works the wrists and forearms.
And fucking EAT.

You can't build wrists. Just put on some weight in fat.

wristlet detected
If you cut your wrists with a knife the skin grows back thicker which can make the wrist thicker if you do it enough.

elliot claims you can get bigger wrists by doing strongman stuff, like atlas stone, tire flips etc, makes sense, those movements are often explosive and put a lot of stress on your wrists

Wristlet here as well.
From what I can tell, wrists will only get thicker as you get older and by working them for years. My dad started out with tiny wrists at my age as well, now at 50 he has like 9 inch wrists because he's done manual labor his whole life for work. I'd assume going to the gym for 10+ years will have the same effect.
That and men consistently get wider as they get older bone-structure wise. It's just a waiting game as well as working them and eating well. For more immediate results? Nothing.
