How do you guys deal with bowel movements? I am struggling to get big, because I have one continuous bowel movement all day that has to be attended to when I have free moments, even at work. Because of all the protein and fiber I consume I must shit at least 6 times a day. Its a nightmare. Is there something I can consume to get a regular 2aday shit life back?

Among other possibilities it sounds like you're lacking fiber. Post your diet plan.
>>
>>38917569
trying out this new diet, its pretty bland and boring, but its gets the job done, clocks in around 1800 kcals a day, might have to add something when i bulk.

Breakfast:
>3 eggs
>oats
>milk
>protein shake

Lunch:
>4 slices of rye bread with peanutbutter

Snacks throughout the day:
>1 banana
>protein shake

Dinner:
>1 Macro:meal shake from MyProtein

anyone has some improvement on this diet? i am gonna run this for two months
>>
>>38918160
try to add more carbohydrate rich fiber foods, oats for example.
you can with benefit eat oats raw with only milk or you can make oatmeal for a more calorie concious meal
>>
>>38918472

Breakfast: apple, banana, handful of almonds

Lunch: turkey chili, handful raw spinach, handful raw kale, handful baby carrots, cup of milk

Dinner: lemon pepper chicken breast, 2 green veggies (broccoli, green beans, zucchini, brussel sprouts), 1 other veggie (sweet potato, corn cob, beets), slice of whole grains & seeds bread toasted with all-natty peanut butter, 1 cup chocolate milk

Snacks: celery, 1-2 servings fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, berries, kiwi, grapes), beef jerky

I toasted this in another bread but I'll try again here. Basically want recommendations for easy dinner that I can prepare in advance.

What does /fit/ have for dinner?

Currently my food day is:

Breakfast: 1 cup steel cut oats, tsp honey
Lunch: 150g chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice. 100g broccoli 100g grean beans.
Snax: apple, banana, peanut bar thing (about 110cal)
Dinner: ????

So I've got breakfast and lunch set up and rolling, all pre-prepared. Just wondering what to do for dinner, now. I'm cutting at the moment, aiming for around 2,000 cal/day.

Want something for dinner that I can prep for a few days running and not have to think about. Some kind of beef or lamb type thing would be nice so not eating any more chicken (fucking sick of chicken). Tips?
