so i was running my usual 3km
2 uphill 1 downhill
10 minutes in on the downhill i start feeling a sharp pain in my chest
it stayed for 10 minutes.
is this normal?
i did go faster then normal.

when i hit my last pr i had major fucking heart attack but i survived to tell the tale now so i guess it was nothing
but usually when i get upper chest pain it fades away after few minutes
