Why don't fat people just not eat as much?

My room mate never did sport as a kid. He has the weird skinny fat body (wide hips, man tits). Recently he's started working out with me, but he injures himself so easily.

His muscles are so for days after every workout. He has no flexibility whatsoever. He fucks his knees after running 1km.

Doing no sport as a kid fucks up your body big time

Good food gives me such a dopamine rush(when I'm not stuffed), there must be a morphemic difference between a person that loses body weight when not on a diet vs a person that gains weight when not on a diet. I bet the ectos don't experience as much of a pleasure when eating food compared to the endo.

I'm a former fatty and I watch my diet now and I feel like a food fiend at times, everything revolves around spreading meals, getting low caloric meals that taste good, doing extra cardio so I can eat more. I'm also on SSRI so that might make me grave food more than if I wasn't on that poison.
