can you get tennis elbow from doing pull ups?

did a 60 pushup 5 pullup challenge a few days ago and my elbow hurts whenever i try to do even 1 of those exercises now

I fucked up my left elbow from doing pull ups.
it's been a year and its still fucked that I can only do tricep exercises

And I used to do over a hundred push ups a day (sometimes 100 at a time, sometimes just 60 pre and 60 post jog) and my elbows were fine. So either your form is fucked up or you need to quit jerking off.

I got tennis elbow when i first started doing pull ups.

Went away as form improved.

Retracting and depressing the scapula at the bottom of the rep fixed it for me.

I was able to do neutral grip pull ups and chin ups while i let my tennis elbow recover.

no shit you can get tennis elbow from improper form, or just weakness and your body was using your tendon as a crutch. Hurts like a bitch i know. When i first started doing pullups years ago i got tennis elbow. Take a rest from pull ups or things that make the pain worse, then gradually start reps again.
