Target daily protein intake: 244 g
According to my height and exercise this is how much protein a protein calculater says i need to take. Tried downing 50 grams of protein shake powder. Almost puked. How do you guys manage it?

Supplements are there for supplementation, not as your primary source of protein. Switch to a high protein diet, buy greek yogurt, oats, meats, and try to base you meals around protein rich food.

Actually lifting and eating like you actually lift is a pretty comfy, tasty lifestyle, it's not like those fad diets where you have to kill yourself eating banana skins for a month or whatever dumb shit mags tell you to do.
