Really happy I finally learned you aren't supposed to count the bar. Inwas super confused and thought I was doing something wrong because no way I could lift that much comparednto my body and what other people were saying they lift. 210 makes a lot more sense than 255.

I know, friendo. It's gonna be rough. But basically I watched some 80s movie and realized all people had to do then was talk to each other or read.
