When i fucking feel like lifting, autoregulation, bitches!

How long do i lift?
As long as i fucking feel like. Was that set hard? Better take a 20 minute rest between sets to eat a nutritious home-cooked meal.
Oh shit was that 40 minutes instead of 20? No biggie, warm up again and press on.

The only meals i eat anymore are pre workout, post workout, and intra workout meals.
Why even live if you can't lift all day every day?

I have a crappy ass wage-cuck job that only until very recently had me working different hours every day.

We have "special snowflakes" who can't work at night and some who can't work weekends.

Thus, I used to be found at gym at 6AM or 8PM M - F , and sometimes 10AM on S / S.

I still can't squat in the AM, however... just not anatomically warmed up.
