Lifting for about a year now. Started at 140lbs and struggled to get 95x5 on bench. Currently sitting at 187 and hit 225x3 on bench yesterday

i would say i did a ketogenic diet but i would be lying to you as i still took in some carbs and never went in to a full ketosis state but i try to keep the carbs low.. no junk food.. meal prep only. only drinking water(wont lie i get hammered once a week still) nothing to extreme but soon i would like to go on a full ketogenic diet and see if i can shred down to 175 then maybe start bluking on said diet but i hear its tough
