10, everything is 10 max. For dips, pull ups, chin ups, lunges possibly, back extensions all that.

Seconded, except lunges. Lunges with weights is ok, but distance is the way to go. Get to the point where you're lunging for a mile on a treadmill or something.

One other challenge I have is figuring out the best workout schedule.
