So recently I got in a car accident and my shoulder got separated. Specifically the AC joint separation. I'm at type II separation right now and trying to figure out how to heal my fucking bone so I can get back to lifting.
Any other Bros out there with this issue and tips to healing? This injury is making me fucking depressed because it's life long....FML

M-more? She has such a nice body desu
What exactly do you mean by separation? Did a bone break? Or was it dislocated?

You got rear ended and it separated your shoulder? How fast were they going? Man or woman? What were their injuries like?
You should sue them btw.
Same thing happened to me playing rugby. Go to PT and rest it or else it'll bother you two years after it happened like me.

The ligament is torn so nothing is holding the bone down and it's sticking up making a bump. My original post has my x-ray.

It was highway speed so 60mph.... But I'm sure they braked at the end down to maybe 40.
I'm going after their insurance money with a lawyer.

That's what I've been reading all over the place. I started going to PT today, but I've been told the bone will never heal because ligaments don't heal. How do I keep the bone down and less flimsy.

Who told you that. Everything but our souls heal.

On a serious note and human anatomy, ligaments don't have blood in them hence they scar and stay torn....
But the feels never end.

I've seen new surgeries where they bore tiny holes in the ligament and put sponge filled with your blood in the area that helps the ligs reattatch.
