Hey plg two questions.
I'm getting back into lifting, been a few years so i am going every other day doing bench, ohp, bbrow, squat, 5x5 and dl 5x1. Should i keep doing this until i stop making linear progression and then go into a more detailed push/pull?

Secondly i have a question about bbrow form. From what i remember you are supposed to keep your back flat when bent over the bar and just row. I've seen people do other variants of this isnone better than the other?

I currently do my like 95% of my 3 RM for 6 sets around 2-3 times a week and i dont exactly feel fatigued from that.

There's a reason a lot of lifters train deadlift sparingly or even split the movement up a lot of the time. Once the weight gets heavy, it becomes very easy to overtrain. This is likely because the deadstop aspect and the lack of eccentric stretch means you have to recruit your entire neuromuscular capacity right at the start of the lift, whereas the eccentric loading in the squat and bench are 'priming' your body for the main event. Although I don't think anyone actually knows for sure - they just know heavy deadlifts are much harder to recover from than other lifts and adjust accordingly.
