my motivation is remembering the feeling 2 months ago when I decided at the age of 25 to run my first 5K. I could barely do it in 40 minutes.

I felt like a piece of shit. Now I can do it in 30 minutes, I also started lifting 1 month ago and feel great.

All I need is remember that night at the stadium, looking at the red concrete and barely catching my breath with the clock showing 40+ minutes.

I don't need anything else.

pic related, I run on trails now, less people, better focus.

I'm trying to limit what I post here for legal reasons etc.. But I have been going through hell for the last 2 months, and I honestly have a couple months left, I need another 4-6 months and it will be a couple of more months of going through hell, but that is ok, I am a very strong man and I will make it eventually.
