Thanks man. I did a 6day PPL for most of the year, now I'm doing the Texas method with accessories. I think it was a waste of time going 6 days as a beginner though. Do a normal beginners routine then move into an upper lower split of you are looking for aesthetics. Diet is much more important than routine
