Hey /fit/ This is my first time posting here. After a month of thinking about it, I've decided that I want to get in a good physical shape, If any of you could help me set up a dietary plan, or work out routine, It would mean a lot to me, I've always wanted to get fit but had no Idea on how to start off.I'm 6'2 and weigh 182
