i just moved out, i dont plan on living off of ramen the rest of my life.
i would appreciate it so much if you guys had any recipe suggestions or something like that, with healthy bulking meals.

also, im a bit short on money, what are the cheapest ways of hitting the macros? i dont care what i eat
>>
also, any things that i can make which can be stored in a fridge and eaten over a couple of days are a plus
>>
Breakfast: 390 cals, 54g protein

2 scoops of diet whey impact protein

Half cup of porridge oats

175ml water.

Shale that shit up.

Sometimes I have 2 a day, cheap and good
>>
>>38881036
i was thinking something in those lines as well, might eat a couple of eggs too.
thanks for the tip
>>
>>38881021
for the record,my budget is around 150-225 usd
>>
>>38881021
just make an omelet and throw meat in it, or w.e the fk u want. if u bulk buy canned meats its relatively cheap(also eggs are too). Its the only food i eat unless i get that awesome rare craving to cook something up special.
You can also just browse the store for the cheapest on sale foods they got, and just use a recipe app(i like yummly) and type in what u got

i made a food list. so far its looking alright i guess:
(the food is priced for one months worth)

breakfast:
eggs - 12.95 usd
oats - 4.5 usd
milk - 18 usd

Lunch:
Ryebread - 10.8 usd
PB - 9 usd

Dinner:
TBD

Snack:
banana - 9.3 usd

that leaves me with 85.8 usd for dinner and misc.
could i afford dinner with 85.8 usd for a whole month while on bulk?

(i do drink whey, but i do not include that cost into my food budget)

I usually bulk up on
>pic related

ingredients:
>Chicken breast
>broccoli
>olive oil
>fresh chili peppers
>aubergine
>carrot
>spinach
>tomato
>salt, pepper
>and basicly anything you prefer

Start by searing the chicken in a pan with olive oil and a bit of seasoning and slightly boil the broccoli and carrots.

When that is done, throw everything into a pan and let it go on fairly low heat until everything is soft and based.

good luck Anon

>>38881347
forgot about onions, that is really important.
>>
>>38881347
thank you, how many meals do you get out of it?
and how much of the ingredients do you use? just how much you feel like?
>>
>>38881361
yeah, I can make 3 full ones at a time and they usually last longer than a week in the fridge.
usually get like 4-5 meals per full pan.
>>
>>38881372
alright, that sounds really good, the more meals per pan the better.
im thinking about just making one pan every 4th day or so and just eat it for dinner
>>
>>38881414
just make sure you put the chicken in the bottom of the pan or it can get pretty dry
>>
>>38881462
got u
>>
>>38881021
Hey I'm in the same position - moved out less than a week ago and while I've been cooking pretty good, healthy meals, I still feel like I'm not eating enough.
>>
>>38881021
Marinated.
Chicken.
>>
>>38882161
OP here, i feel the same way.
try to download myfitnesspal, its really great. been using it for the past month or so.
with the food in the list>>38881345 i got around 1900 cals or so, so only 500 cals more to get to my surplus.
its more achieveable than you think actually
im also counting 60g of whey protein
>>
OP, you should shop at your local paisa market like El Super or Top Valu. Cheaper prices bb.
>>
>>38882729
problem is, im from Denmark, we do not have mexcios running around :^(
>>
Rice beans and chicken.
Oats are cheap and good to eat.
Veggies are not that expensive depending on some factors, frozen is usually cheaper.
Eggs aren't expensive, tasty and full of protein.
>>
>>38883407

>>
>>38881021

Eat something like this everyday:

Numbers after things are : Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar all in grams.

Birds Eye Steamfresh - Broccoli & Cauliflower, 1 container (332.5 gs ea.) 105 14 0 4 88 7

Chicken Breast - Chicken Breast, 16 oz 560 0 10 92 0 0

Potato - Potato, 300 g 330 78 1 9 30 3

Bigelow - Earl Grey Tea, 3 bag 0 0 0 0 0 0

Sugar - Sugar, 1 tbsp(s) 45 12 0 0 0 12

Cream - Half and half, 2 oz(s) 74 2 7 2 23 0

Nishiki - Rice, 3/4 cup raw 450 99 0 9 0 0

Trutein - Cinnabun, 2 scoop 240 10 2 48 210 2

Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat, 12 fl oz 220 17 12 12 146 19

Kobe Steakhouse - Hibachi - White Sauce, 0.5 Ounce (14g) 70 1 7 0 130 1

Ezekial - Bread, 2 slice 160 30 1 8 150 10

Totals 2,163 246 40 179 775

Put the rice in the rice cooker while you microwave the steam-fresh broccoli and cook your eggs/toast your toast for breakfast.

Then put two days of chicken in the oven (put it on a cooking tray with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking. I use spray that's why it's not counted) with whatever seasoning you like and then cover with tin foil) (two pounds) with some potatoes on the rack as well (no need to put them on anything, just poke holes). Portion out the food you have cooked throughout the day however you like.

Of course use whatever flavoring/spices/sauces you like, I just like that kobe sauce and like to keep things pretty routine to stay on track.

Here's another example of a similar day:

Ezekial - Bread, 2 slice 160 30 1 8 150 10

Eggs - Fried (whole egg), 2 large 185 1 14 13 188 1

Kumato - Sweet Brown Grape Tomatoe, 90 Grams (About 7 Tomatoes) 30 6 0 1 40 3

Nishiki - Rice, 3/4 cup raw 450 99 0 9 0 0

Totals 1,950 150 63 179 796 21
Just figure out things like this that you can do everyday that don't seem overly complicated/annoying to do. I can just drink my tea, listen to a podcast, get ready for the day, and prepare my food for the entire day in the morning. And if I can't for some reason it's still not hard to cook the chicken later or something.
>>
>>38883472
I'm weird but I'll just heat the can up and eat them. I really really like beans though.

They can be cooked into soups and stew (my favorite), blended and added to shakes, cooked into a hotdish, marinated in sauce and eaten with chicken. All sorts of things.

Easiest way would probably be to heat the can up and mix it into some rice. Rice and beans together is amazing.
>>
>>38883884
>>38883879

Oh and of course if you need more calories add more similar food, if you need less take some away.

Denmark has great butcher culture. Befriend your local butcher and get discount meats. Offal is very very cheap in slaughter season (now), and they will most likely have an aboundance of stuff, meaning cheaper prices.

Go get some good stew meat, boil it up in a huge pot of lentils with onions root veggies, and spices. Dinner for days.
>>
>>38883938
>danish butcher culture
>kek
meat from a butcher costs a shit ton more than meat from a supermarket.
it has become so overprized because very few people shop there anymore, its mostly just old people and rich sjw fags shopping at butchers.
i will admit, once, once there was a great butcher culture
>>
Hey OP ive been living by myself close to 2 years now and can safely say, do not neglect the meals. Ended up not eating and that shit killed me. Now i dont ever get hungry and any little bite i eat gains me weight. Im trying to better myself but man, be careful.

>Also yes, am a retard.
>>
>>38883889
thank you, sounds nice in stew

>>38883879
>>38883884
thank you anon, sounds good
>>
>>38884018
i am a bit afraid this might happen as i have a tendency to not really care about being hungry
>>
>>38883995
Dude? You get 3 lamb kidneys for ten kroner, or two lamb livers for the same price. Pork is maybe 15 for a huge liver or 7-8 for a small one.
On the house you'll get some bones for cooking broth, and maybe some leftover sausage meat if you come around closing time. The more you shop there, the more specials you'll get on the house.
>just old people and rich sjw fags shopping at butchers
stop thinking like this. Become a regular and you'll see why the old people shop there.
>>
>>38884070
i will not eat kidney or liver, i just cant
>>
>>38884109
>>38884070

its cheap protein though i will admit
>>
>>38884109
>>38884122
drown it in hot sauce and you won't notice what kind of meat it is. Just saying.
