Help me build a lifting routine in exchange for friendship

Fellow girl with different proportions but I think I can maybe help.

I used to do a routine that was basically 50% cardio 50% lifting like 5-6/7 days a week.

Heavier weights and lower reps on lower body would build up your legs and butt.

Lighter weights and higher reps (or even calisthenics) for arms and back will keep you toned and tight up top without building too much muscle.

That being said it's important to keep proportions in mind. As well as strength. Personally it would be super weird if my legs were 2000 times stronger than my arms.

Cardio will burn fat everywhere so that will also help with wanting to keep your upper body slim.

Remember to also train your waist/lower abs with exercises like Russian twists to make your butt look even more perky.

Upper/Lower split, 6 days a week.

Keep your upper body work light and relatively easy so you can recover well for lower body work. Go as crazy on the lower body assistance work as you want to while still making sure you can progress in weight on every single exercise you do.
