I really need help gaining weight, I just can't. I'm always called skeleton because of it, I'm lactose intolerant, can't have muscles(seafood) gluten, or ham. Any help is a appreciated, seriously.

I ate 6k calories a day for 3 months, put on 2 pounds. Spent a year working out to get joints and such stable, then did steroids. After the first cycle I stopped and have sat at 180 since then, from 140.
Totally wrong, tons of flaws with it. Now regrets though.
All of the allergies aren't choice, by the way. I get ulcers from them.

Mash up a bundle of ripe bananas in a bowl, mix in a few scoops of peanut butter, and put it in the freezer until it's hard. That's a few hundred calories of what is practically peanut butter and banana flavored ice cream.

Yeah it ended up being 3700 in food, then gomad on top of that. Checked in with a doc, they didn't believe me at first, did a few test and only saw cortisol was much higher than should be. He recommended trying to find testosterone as he couldnt right script for it at my age, granted it was an army doc so that explains the recommendation. He said sometimes you have to hit natural cortisol production limits to reset it basically, easier to do while on a cycle.
