No, I usually do deadlifts the day after my squats, once your body gets used to it you'll be fine

I just started to get /fit/ about a month ago. But I did my first squats and deadlifts today and it felt great. I didn't do much weight because I really wanna nail the form. My squats were ATG and my deadlifts locked out now hitching. Or rolling back.
