Well, you need to wait 15 years and you'll realize.

I mean, it's perfectly normal by the age of 50 to have shitty knees and everything.
But by powerlifting you'll have these potentially faster and worse.

The only way out is once again by genetics. If you have great joints you will maintain them, even if you do hardcore sports.
But powerlifting with non optimal or even bad genetics ... you're in for a bad ride.

In some cities here all the Turks make good cash my buying and reselling cars and shit.

Usually you would have to make a business out of it if you sell more than 2 cars a year, but they don't give a shit.
Sell cars for 5-6k higher than you bought tel and you already have solid money for doing almost nothing.

Opinions on 5/3/1, I have done it for about a year and I think the volume is way to low.

You do one set that actually challenges you, and the rest are just warm ups. I did the BBB variation and even that didn't really feel all that great for strength gains, the only thing that went up noticeably was my DL and squat while my bench langged.

Recently tried sheiko and my bench is going way up, and weights are feeling lighter even whilst cutting. However I do miss OHP and feel like I am neglecting shoulders on this routieb, is there a particular day that would work well to incorporate a 3x5 ohp or something.
