I'm also predisposed to keloids but have not had this problem. I don't think the bar causes acne. If anything it could be test increase.

Wear a shirt when you squat and treat your acne (tea tree oil, benzoyl peroxide). Also get your keloids treated by a dermatologist.

The only trearment for keloids I have recieved are shots to flatten them.

No, you have some kind of condition. Go see a dermatologist. Although it could be your bar position is wrong somehow? Your contact area is too small maybe? But then it'd definitely be noticeably painful so I doubt it. But do make sure you're putting the bar on top of muscle. Traps for high-bar, rear deltoids and other back muscles for low-bar.

Ok. Even still treating your acne should prevent them from becoming keloids. Not every pimple becomes one, right? Tea tree oil works for me. Reducing dairy might help too.

Vitamin C I've found can work really well to prevent scarring too. Not sure about keloids, but it's worth a shot if nothing else works.
